Cultivating Your Inner Light



As our days grow shorter and the darkness seems to be getting evendarker, I feel called to turn inward at this time of year. I feel called to move my body in the familiar movements of gentle hatha yoga, and to take some time to sit still. I invite you to join me in creating a group so that we can gather together and raise our vibration of love and light together. For the good of all ... We need this. I know I do.

*We need a minimum of 10 participants for this program to run.  We practice Monday-Friday (weekends off)

Morning Practice Time: 7-7:40am Hatha Yoga

Appropriate for all levels this will be both gentle and strengthening, with a focus on breath and listening to your own body. 

Evening Meditation:  8-8:30pm Pranayama practice, leading into meditation

We will do approximately 10 min of pranayama, followed by 20 min quiet stillness. Candle light suggested.
